What camera do you shoot with?
I shoot mostly with my iPhone 5. My DSLR is a Nikon D7000 with a 35mm 1.8 lens (I love it more than I loved my 50mm!)
What printer do you have?
I have the Canon Pixma MX882 and love it to death. BUT it's 3 years old, so while I would recommend it, I'd also recommend finding a newer Canon Pixma with high reviews. I wrote more about my love for my printer here.
Where do you get your ink for cheap?
This question I love the most because it's a great deal and I love saving people money. I wrote a detailed post about it here, but the simple answer is Meritline.
What photo paper do you use?
I use the Costco's Kirkland Professional Glossy Inkjet paper. I use the 8.5'' x 11'' sheets and fit two 6''x4'' and two 3''x4'' on one page. Then use my trusty paper cutter to trim them down. I read a blog post months ago comparing the whiteness and quality of various photo papers and the Costco paper won! It is VERY white, but that's a plus for me.
What software do you use?
I just upgraded from Photoshop CS4 to Photoshop CS6. I would love to own Photoshop Elements and play with it for a while so I can encourage people to buy that instead. Elements is much cheaper and I'm pretty sure it can do most all of what I do in Photoshop for Project Life.
How do you find the time to do this?
I'm a serious believer that we make time for things in our life that we find important. And to me, this is important. I can't make other people think it's important. It has to come from within (this just turned cheesy real fast). But seriously, I love doing it and I think it's a priority so I stay up late Sunday nights (and other nights) working on it. I just think I'm lucky that my hobby creates something meaningful. Not most hobbies can say that.
Why do you love jalapenos so much?
Ok, no one has ever asked me that, but I thought you should know I love jalapenos more than the average bear. I grow them and pickle them and they are often my late night snack (with chips and occasionally melted cheese). Fresh jalapenos give me hiccups nearly every time, but the pickled ones never do. I'm afraid my stomach is getting old and cranky though and doesn't allow me to binge like I could in my younger days...TMI? Sorry.
